• Two 50 minute sessions per month to

  discuss health goals

 • Recipes that are healthy and simple to

    prepare

 

 • Informative handouts that will increase

  discuss running goals

 

 • E-mail support between sessions

 

 • Weekly workouts and feedback on your

   workout logs. Adjusting your schedule, as

   much as needed

 

 • Cross training & strength training support

 

 • General nutrition advice

 

 • Race day strategy

 

 Customized Training Plans ($149)

 

 • Set-up of training plan for the period of 12-16

    weeks for any distance race, that focuses on your

    individuals goal races and personal commitments.

 

 • Daily workouts, that include purpose,

   description and effort levels

 

 • Race prep consultation

 

 

Lifestyle Coaching ($299/month)

 • Two 50 minute sessions per month to

   discuss health & running goals

 

 •  E-mail support between sessions

 •  Working together to set short-term and

    long-term goals
